My boiler went out on a Friday in late November. The boiler heats the water for both domestic use and in-floor heating. It was about 15 degrees and a major snowstorm was forecasted for Saturday. I tried calling several HVAC contractors on Friday night and early Saturday. Some contractors couldn't help until Monday, and the rest did not even call back. I got All Area Inc's name and number from the tech support person for the manufacturer of my boiler. I called the number and Kevin Todd answered. He was in Circle Pines at the time, and I live in Bloomington. And it was snowing heavily at the time. Nevertheless, he said he was willing to help. The tech support person told me I needed a new motor. I gave Kevin the model number of my boiler and the name of the distributor so he could call them to see if he could get the part. He did that and found out he could get a new motor. He told me that the distributor (located in Plymouth) would be closed by the time he got there but the distributor would open up for him for $50. Before getting the motor Kevin called me to tell me how much it cost and an estimate for the cost to install it. After giving him the ok, Kevin got the motor around 5:30 pm on a Saturday night and then drove to my house and installed it. A short while later we had hot water again. Kevin did a great job and was pleasure to work with. If you want excellent customer service, call him. I will definitely call Kevin again, whether it's an emergency or not.



More than expected

Kevin and his team were exactly what I needed the day my boiler/furnace stopped working. They cam out after hours to get me up and running and saved me $3,000 off what the other guys wanted to have me do. My five renters in that house got heat back the same day I called them and I didn't have to get a new Furnace. Granted I know I will need to in the future now but Kevin's 30 plus years of experience bought us the time to make an educated and planned decision rather than a emergency furnace install. Thank you Kevin for walking me through over the phone a very urgent and confusing series of events that was necessary to get my furnace running. I feel confident All Area Inc has customer focused people with experienced knowledge.

I can honestly say that Kevin is insane! I called All Area late on a Sunday during the hottest stretch we have had this year. Mind you it was late Sunday and damn hot. My mother is asthmatic and relies on air conditioning for breathing purposes. To make a long story short this guy Kevin answers the phone (I totally expected to have to leave a message and a return call would come Monday). I went into the speel and all of the sudden the next thing I know he's on his way over there. Not only did this guy leave his family but he worked his behind off trying to get my mothers air conditioning working. He took the time to explain to her what was wrong, what it would take to fix it etc. Seriously this guy is incredible. A very top notch classy company. He has the best prices in town and again the best customer service I have ever had in a long long time. Thank you Kevin and your family who gave up their Sunday to help us.

Kevin was a pleasure to work with. Very honest about what needed to be fixed and concerned with performing the best job at the best price. We had other quotes, but All Area came in the lowest, and our house was cool after a 24 hour turnaround. Thanks!

I called, they were here an hour later, my air conditioning was working shortly after and for a good price. Fast, friendly, fair - what more could a person ask? I will definitely call them again.
